2011 Festival Queen Selected - Annie Haddon

Annie is no stranger to the Maypole having worked her way up through all the ranks of the Maypole dances from Train Bearer (aged 4) to Petal girl (aged 5), through the strings (aged 6- 10) and onto the Gypsies so is familiar with the role the Festival Queen plays. Annie, aged 16,  is a pupil at King Edward VI Handsworth School and enjoys playing the violin, piano and tennis. She enjoys shopping – which will come in handy when buying her dress for the role of Festival Queen.
